Patrick Tettey Odetsi


Patrick trained at Ashong Benjamin & Associates and is currently active in the Energy, Banking, Mining and Corporate Finance practices of the firm.  He has worked as a team member in the conduct of due diligence on local companies, in support of key loan and equity investments by foreign companies, advising on financing arrangements and matters of regulatory compliance.
Patrick has also been involved in advising and assisting various clients in relation to contract drafting, negotiations, corporate governance and dispute resolution.

Prior to his legal career he spent over a decade in a banking career covering corporate, investment, and retail banking. During this time, he was part of teams originating and closing transactions in the millions of dollars across key industries including Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, and Financial Services.

Patrick is a Jessup Alumnus, having been on the team that represented Ghana at the 2016 Jessup Moot Court Competition.  He is also a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the American Society of International Law.
