Nhyira was a pupil at Ashong Benjamin & Associates and is currently active in the Natural Resources, Mining, M&A and Corporate and Commercial Transactions practices of the firm.
She has been involved in the conduct of due diligence on local companies in support of key loan and equity investments by foreign companies, advising on financing arrangements and matters of regulatory compliance. Nhyira has advised clients in various sectors including telecommunications, mining, energy and banking.
