Elikem joined Ashong Benjamin and Associates as a pupil in 2022 after her call to the bar in November of the same year. Prior to that, she had obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ashesi University, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ghana. She is a term away from completing a Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University in Canada.
She has worked at Halliburton Ghana Limited and Ashesi University, furthering the core business of these organizations by providing administrative and managerial support.
Elikem is interested in company and commercial practice, immigration law, as well as property law and conveyancing. She enjoys volunteering for social causes particularly in the field of education and development.
