Benedict is an Associate at Ashong Benjamin & Associates.
Benedict obtained his LL.B from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with First Class Honors in 2018. He obtained his BL from the Ghana School of Law in 2020.
While obtaining his LL.B he participated in and won many numerous moot court competitions. He was a member of the winning team of the Ghana National Rounds of the Philip Jessup Moot court competition in 2017, 2018 and 2020. And represented Ghana in International rounds of the Philip Jessup Moot court competition in 2017 and 2018. He was also a member of the 4th best team of the African Human Rights Moot Court Competition in 2017 held in Mauritius.
He is an experienced commercial dispute resolution lawyer. He has extensive experience representing various clients in courts and various tribunals. He regularly advises clients on the complex commercial disputes, business transactions, regulation issues and criminal law related matters.
