About Us

We are a private law firm with a national, regional and international reputation for excellence.

The doors of the practice were opened in February 2015 by David Addo-Ashong, Marian Ekua Hayfron-Benjamin and Tawia Addo-Ashong. Three additional partners, Julia Selman-Ayetey, Kweku Eyiah and Enyonam Aheto-Tsegah, have since joined the firm. Together, they have assisted many of Ghana’s leading businesses to embrace change, resolve disputes, avoid conflict and stay abreast of the evolving industry and regulatory environment.

Our strength lies in our ability to understand our client’s unique concerns and to develop bespoke legal solutions that leverage our depth of knowledge. We have long-standing client relationships due to delivering our service with professionalism, responsiveness, transparency and efficiency.
